We’re challenging you to reimagine! Using the Envato Add-on in Adobe Express, create an Instagram post and put your unique spin on selected Envato assets. Choose from the six icons, photos, and illustrations and transform them into something unexpected. Show us just how imaginative your creative mind is!
How to enter:
- Dive into Adobe Express: Create your Instagram post using Adobe Express and reimagine at least one of the selected assets available through the Envato Add-on.
- Share your masterpiece: Post your creation on Instagram with the hashtags #Reimagine and #Forthecreativelyobsessed, and don’t forget to tag @Envato.
- Follow us: Make sure you’re following @Envato on Instagram.

Envato’s Reimagine to Win promotion: Terms and conditions
Hi, we’re Envato (Envato, we, our or us)! Thanks for taking an interest in our Reimagine to Win competition (we’ll call this the Promotion). These are our terms for the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you’re agreeing to these Promotion Terms, so it’s important that you read and understand them.
Entry Details
Entry Period
Entry into the Promotion opens on Tuesday February 18th 2025, 12:01am Australian Eastern Time (“AET”) and closes on Friday March 14th 2025, 11:59pm AET. No entries will be accepted after this period.
Important Note: All dates and times listed throughout these terms and conditions are in Australian Eastern Time unless otherwise stated. Entrants are solely responsible for determining the corresponding time in their respective territories.
Eligibility
Entrants (“entrant”, “you”) must be 16 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry, be a resident of any territory where Envato Elements is available, and hold an active Adobe Express account (both active paying subscribers and free trial subscribers are eligible to enter). If you’re under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to enter. Any individuals who are employees of Envato, its parent company or subsidiaries, or their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, eligible entrants must:
- Sign in to their Adobe Express account, open the Envato Add-on, pick at least one of the assets in the Win tab to edit into something totally unexpected with their own creativity, and create an Instagram post.
- Post your creation on Instagram with #Reimagine #Forthecreativelyobsessed and tag @Envato
- Follow @Envato on Instagram.
- Judging criteria: Judges will be looking for the most creative and unexpected transformations! Entries will be judged based on:
- How well the element/s has been reimagined – Does it offer a fresh, original take?
- How surprising or unexpected the result is – Does it push creative boundaries in an exciting way?
- How well it is put together – Is the design visually impressive?
- Ground Rules:
- Posts or creations must not be objectionable, offensive, defamatory, derogatory or infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party. Envato in, its absolute discretion, will disqualify any posts or creations which it considers do not meet the ground rules. Envato’s decision to disqualify any post or creation is final.
Entry Limits
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize Details
1st Prize: A gift card valued at USD $5,000 (awarded to 1 winner)
2nd Prize: A gift card valued at USD $500 (awarded to 10 winners)
The total prize value for this Promotion is USD $10,000
Gift Card Prize (1st and 2nd prize winners)
- The prize winners will receive the gift card prize component via a virtual gift card sent to the prize winner’s nominated email address. The gift card will be a vendor of Envato’s choosing, and Envato’s decision is final.
- Acceptance of the prize is subject to Clause 11 of the Standard Terms and Conditions below.
- Prize winners will receive their gift card within 30 days of the Prize Claim Deadline.
Winner Selection
Judging and selection of the prize winners will be conducted between the period 17-20 March 2025, AET (the “Selection Dates”).
Notification of Winners
Winners to be announced via Instagram direct message by 22 March 2025 so please make sure you check your Instagram messages! Envato will request your nominated email address to provide you with your prizes.
All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the prize winner.
Prize Claim Deadline
All prize winner/s must claim their prizes by 31 March 2025 (“Prize Claim Deadline”).
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or a winner is deemed ineligible to enter the Promotion and claim a Prize, Envato may award that unclaimed prize to the next eligible entrant, or in its sole discretion, forfeit that prize and no substitute will be offered.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- These Promotion Terms consist of the Entry Details, the Standard Terms and Conditions and any other documents that may be issued by Envato and incorporated by reference as part of these Promotion Terms.
- Unless the context otherwise requires, any capitalised terms contained in these Standard Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning contained in the Entry Details unless otherwise defined herein.
- This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).
- Entry into the Promotion is free (except for any normal internet or mobile connection charges that may apply or third party subscription charges you may have signed up to e.g. an Adobe Express subscription).
- Envato may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify you if you or your entry do not meet the requirements set out in these Promotion Terms, if your entry includes any objectionable, offensive or derogatory material or infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party, or if you tamper in any way with the operation of the Promotion.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated, if the Promotion references a particular brand or person, the Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that brand or person. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that the brand or person is not responsible for any aspect of this Promotion, including its administration, prizes, or any claims arising from participation.
- If entry into the Promotion is via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social media platform (“Social Media Platform”):
- Your participation in the Promotion is dependent on your compliance with that Social Media Platform’s terms and conditions of use.
- Envato is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of their conduct on a Social Media Platform, including any decision by the Social Media Platform to remove or not remove any content posted by entrant except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the applicable Social Media Platform.
- Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Envato and not to the applicable Social Media Platform.
- Any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to Envato and not to the applicable Social Media Platform.
- Judges will be selected by Envato and each prize winner will be selected from the valid entries submitted to the Promotion and judged based on any combination of interesting, creative, high quality, unexpected or unique comments, posts or other entry formats that also satisfies the requirements in the How to Enter Section.
- The judges’ decisions are final and no additional correspondence will be entered into.
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the prize winner. If an entrant does not claim their prize by the Prize Claim Deadline, or if any person first chosen as a prize winner is found to be ineligible and is disqualified, another entrant may be selected as a replacement winner by Envato.
- If the Prize includes a gift card, the prize winner will provide all required information to enable the provision of the gift card, virtual or physical, to the prize winner. The gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. The gift cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of another third party supplier and to the extent of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the third party supplier will prevail over these competition terms and conditions. Envato reserves the right and may, in its absolute discretion, withhold or deny the payment of a gift card prize if the winner requests payment to be made to a person, an institution or a country that we’re legally prohibited from making payments to.
- If the Prize includes an Envato Elements subscription (“Subscription”), the prize winner acknowledges that the prize is for one (1) year of an annual Subscription After the first year of the Subscription, the Subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis at the then current annual subscription fee, plus local taxes. You can cancel the Subscription any time before the renewal date, and will receive access to the Envato Elements library until expiry of the initial subscription period.
- The prize winner agrees that as a condition of accepting the prize and subscribing to Envato Elements:
- you need to be 18 years or over to become a subscriber. If you’re under 18, you will need to get a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age to become a subscriber, and you will need their permission to use the Elements account. This adult will be responsible for all your activities on Envato Elements;
- you (or your parent or legal guardian if you are under 18) must provide valid payment details for automatic renewal payments after the 1 year Subscription period has expired; and
- you (or your parent or legal guardian if you are under 18) must accept Envato’s User Terms and Privacy Policy.
- If you are a prize winner, you agree that:
- your prize cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative goods and services, and you cannot sell or transfer your prize to any other party;
- in the event that your prize is unavailable for any reason, Envato may replace your prize with another prize of equal or greater value;
- if you are not able to take the prize as stated, you will forfeit the prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu;
- if the prize includes an Envato Elements subscription, the associated coupon, discount or free period provided cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or coupon offered in connection with Envato Elements;
- once the prize has been delivered to the address provided by the winner (including by email or social media), Envato takes no responsibility for the prize being damaged, delayed or lost in transit;
- Envato may ask that you or your parent/legal guardian provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms, as a condition of claiming your prize.;
- you or your parent/legal guardian are responsible for all expenses and taxes in connection with your participation in the Promotion and for all expenses and taxes not expressly included in the prize and Envato may withhold any part of the prize if the law requires; and
- Envato accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or the make-up of the prize or any event that occurs that is beyond Envato’s reasonable control.
- By entering this Promotion, you, and/or your parent or guardian:
- agree that by using free Envato Items or assets, you will comply with Envato’s Free Files Single Use Policy and Privacy Policy;
- you will comply with any Adobe Express terms and conditions or other policies, as may be applicable.
- grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to use your entry (and any content associated with your entry) for the purposes of managing this Promotion and for any other promotional or marketing activity we do, including re-posting or re-sharing your Entry on our online platforms (including social media).
- grant to us the right to use your name (including any Envato-related or Adobe Express username), likeness and biographical data in connection with the marketing and publicity of the Promotion;
- warrant that any information you give to us is true and correct and your entry is your own original creation and work, and does not infringe the rights (including intellectual property , privacy and/or confidentiality rights) of any other person; and
- indemnify us in relation to any loss or damage resulting from any breach of the warranty under Clause 13(c), whether it is on purpose or not.
- You and/or your parent or guardian consent to our use of your personal information for the purposes of managing and administering this Promotion, and for any other purpose for which we have received your express consent (including if we have received an “opt-in” to receive marketing communications). If you do not provide us with certain information, you may not be eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a prize. If the law requires it, we may report the prize winner and prize details to the relevant tax authorities. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about how we deal with personal information.
- Play fair! We reserve the right not to award prizes and to disqualify entrants if they do not meet one or more of the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, if their entry includes objectionable, offensive or derogatory material material or infringes the rights of any third party or if an entrant tampers with the Promotion in any way. We may, in our sole discretion, discontinue the Promotion in its entirety, if there is any illegal or fraudulent behavior by entrants or cancel the Promotion if there are any circumstances that mean the Promotion can’t be run as planned, this includes technical issues, hacking, natural disasters and anything else beyond our control.
- Envato will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this Promotion, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- No responsibility will be accepted by Envato for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry NOT the time of transmission by the entrant. Envato accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.
